At Jaipur Jewels, we maintain a clear and transparent shipping policy for all orders placed on our website. We firmly believe that customer satisfaction is paramount, and therefore, we fully support all the products available on our site.
If you happen to receive a product that doesn’t align with the specifications you ordered, such as the wrong size, color, quantity, defects, damages, or a significant variance from the given description, we will gladly accept returns.
However, please note that for certain products, sales are considered final, and as a result, no returns are accepted by the merchant. Additionally, there are some products that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
Items should be returned within 15 days of receiving the product. The return period for each product is specified within its respective product description.
Please ensure that the merchandise has not been used, worn, or altered in any way and is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. Kindly mention your order number on the box. If your return is approved for pick-up, you will receive separate email instructions from us detailing the packaging requirements and return address.
If we arrange the pickup of your product (within India), there will be no charge for the return. However, if you choose to use a courier service to send the product back, you will be responsible for the courier costs. We kindly request that you share the complete tracking details once the product has been shipped.
Once your order is collected from your location, you can expect to receive an email from us within 24-48 hours. This email will contain the tracking details, allowing you to track the package on the courier’s website.
We initiate the replacement or refund process within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center. For refunds, it may take up to 2 weeks for the credited amount to reflect in your account after the refund initiation.
Please note that the refund or replacement might be subject to delay or rejection if the received product does not align with your claim or if the order number is not clearly written on the package.
